These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Axion SSH website and software ("the Service", "Axion"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Joining the Axion SSH waitlist means we'll email you when the product becomes available, along with any waitlist-specific launch offer we choose to make. Joining the waitlist does not create a contract of sale, guarantee a launch date, or guarantee that any particular feature, price, or platform will be supported at launch. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Once Axion is released, your use of the desktop application will be governed by a separate end-user license agreement (EULA) presented at install time. Until then, no software license is granted by these Terms.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, or interfere with the operation of the Service or its users.
Axion supports third-party plugins. First-party plugins are open sourced on GitHub and audited by us. Community plugins must also be open sourced to be listed in the official registry, but we do not warrant or take responsibility for the behavior, security, or availability of third-party plugins. You install and trust them at your own discretion.
The Axion SSH name, logo, branding, website, and the proprietary parts of the software are owned by us and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. Open source components and plugins are governed by their own respective licenses.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axion SSH and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount, if any, you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Service at any time and request the deletion of your data per our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist members or users where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
